How the ranking works
Each ingredient's evidence grade is converted to points (A = 4.0 down to D = 1.0) and divided by the midpoint of its typical monthly cost. The result is evidence points per dollar. The ranking is recomputed every month from the current grades, so when the evidence moves, the leaderboard moves.
Cost is the typical price of a common form, not a brand recommendation. We grade supplements, never brands.
