Protocols, graded
A protocol is graded at one named dose, the dose the evidence actually studied, with a grade per claimed outcome and the popular claim shown at its own grade. Time cost counts next to dollar cost, and harms sit in a ledger, not a footnote. The library is being built record by record; these are the graded records that exist today.

More records are graded and added as the library builds. No protocol ranking is published until at least eight records are graded: a leaderboard built on two records would be decoration, not evidence.
Grades are research summaries, not medical advice. Decisions about your own stack belong with your clinician.
These pages grade a test in people without symptoms, as a population question. They never grade a reader, and they cannot read your result.
