Privacy Policy

Email addresses. When you subscribe to stack with your email, we store that address so we can send you the newsletter and flag news that affects your saved stack.

Stack builder inputs. The stack builder runs in your browser. Your goals, experience level, and current supplements are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not require accounts, and your stack inputs are not sent to our servers. Only the email address you provide when saving is transmitted.

• To connect your saved stack to the brief, so we can flag grade changes, new studies, and new expert positions that touch your items.
• To understand aggregate usage of the site so we can improve it.

• Resend. Our email provider. Your email address is stored in Resend and emails are sent through their service.
• Vercel. Our hosting provider. The site runs on Vercel's infrastructure.

We do not sell your email address or share it with anyone except the email service that sends the newsletter. Sponsors never receive subscriber data, and sponsors never influence our grades.

We currently use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It counts page views without tracking you across sites and without identifying you personally. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

We may add standard analytics tools in the future, such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. If we do, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what they collect, and cookie and consent handling will follow the requirements that apply.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all future emails.

• Unsubscribe anytime. One click, from any email, no account or login needed.
• Request deletion. Email privacy@longevitylabreport.com and we will delete your email address from our list.
• Ask questions. The same address works for any privacy question.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Everything on Longevity Lab Report is educational information, not medical advice. We grade ingredients and track evidence; we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Talk to your doctor before changing anything about your health.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, where the change is material, note it in the newsletter. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
