Stack cost audit

Add what you already take. The audit adds up what the stack costs, shows the grade on every item, and works out what you would save by dropping the ones graded D for worth it. Every grade and price range comes from that ingredient's graded page, one click away on every row.

The context, from the full library: of 156 graded ingredients, only 30 grade B- or better for worth it, and 42 grade D. Most stacks carry at least one item the evidence does not pay for. Prescription items are not in this picker; their pages are in the library.

Add the first item above and the audit builds itself: total cost, the grade on every item, and the saving on the table.

How the grades work

Each ingredient in the library carries two grades. The evidence grade scores the human research behind it. The worth-it grade weighs that evidence against the typical monthly cost, so a cheap item with modest evidence can outrank an expensive one with slightly better evidence. Both grades, the studies behind them, and the safety notes live on the page for every item in your audit.

Educational tool, not medical advice. Grades describe the published evidence and typical costs for a compound, never a brand, and they are not a recommendation about your health. Talk to your doctor before changing what you take.
