Morning anti-aging trio + brain-health recommendations

Florida-based neuroscientist and TikTok creator (2M+ followers) focused on Alzheimer's prevention, brain health and anti-aging. His most-cited stack is the morning trio (NMN, resveratrol, quercetin), reported by SheFinds from his TikTok video; a January 2024 variant swaps quercetin for CoQ10. Brain-health items (vitamin D, bacopa, NMN) are from January 2026 reports. He warns against isolated daily vitamin B12 and recommends a full B-complex instead. UNVERIFIED: selenium and NR appear in single secondary sources only and are provisional. Three other videos (five anti-aging supplements, four supplements for anxiety, and a 12-supplement morning routine) exist but their lists were not recovered, so this entry is partial.

Known interactions in this stack

  • Often paired: magnesium + vitamin-d: Magnesium-dependent enzymes are involved in vitamin D metabolism. Very low magnesium status can impair vitamin D activation. This is established biochemistry, not a reason to megadose either one.
