Ben Greenfield
Daily routine (podcast notes)
All items from Ben's own article 'What Supplements Should I Take? Ben Greenfield's Ultimate Guide' (bengreenfieldlife.com), where he states these are 'the exact supplements I take (which I also recommend to my family and friends)'. Omitted: Kion Energy Bars (snack bar, marginal as a supplement) and the supporting cast of his morning water protocol (hydrogen tabs, electrolytes, adrenal cocktail, baking soda, oil of oregano). Quotes kept short. Many items are his own Kion product line; doses are his stated personal doses. CAVEAT: several items are his own Kion product line (brand names); a future pass should map these to ingredient equivalents. The feel-free item (kava + kratom tonic) carries dependency/safety concerns and is recorded factually, never as a recommendation.
